Yes! We proudly ship to most countries worldwide directly from our fulfillment center in South Korea — the heart of K-beauty. International shipping is handled with care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. Delivery times vary by location, but most international orders arrive within 10–20 business days. Shipping typically takes between 10 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the specific items in your order. However, many of our customers receive their packages sooner, especially when items are in high demand and move quickly through our fulfillment process. All orders are shipped directly from our facility in South Korea, where we handle each package with care to ensure fast, safe delivery. We do our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible — often within 1–3 business days — and we continuously look for ways to speed up delivery wherever we can. Please note that during peak seasons, local customs or carrier delays may slightly extend shipping times, but rest assured: we’re committed to getting your skincare to you as fast and efficiently as possible.
Yes, we accept returns within 180 days of delivery, but only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our support team at Support@mirai-skin.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed. However, if you need to make a modification or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Support@mirai-skin.com. If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
