All of our products are shipped directly from South Korea, straight from the original brands themselves. This ensures you receive the most authentic, up-to-date formulations with the longest shelf life possible—fresh, effective, and ready to become part of your routine. Because we value quality and freshness above all, we do not store old inventory in warehouses. Every item you order is part of a supply chain designed to deliver what’s new and what works.
Processing & Shipping Times
After you place an order, we require 3–5 business days to process and prepare your package. This includes confirming product availability with our brand partners, quality control checks, and safe packing. Once your order is processed and shipped, international delivery takes an estimated 8–12 business days depending on your location.
Shipping is available worldwide, and we offer the same flat-rate service regardless of your country.
Please note: occasionally, delays may occur due to local holidays, weather conditions, or shipping backlogs in South Korea. These circumstances are outside of our control, but we promise to always communicate proactively and do our best to keep you informed. If your order seems delayed, don’t hesitate to contact us—we are always here to assist via our support email.
Returns & Customer Support
We want you to feel completely comfortable ordering from us, even if you’re unsure about a product. Our return policy is built around giving you the flexibility and peace of mind to try something new.
If you wish to return a product, you have up to 180 days from the date of delivery to do so—as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. This generous window gives you the time and freedom to make thoughtful decisions about your skincare.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. You will be responsible for generating and paying for your own return shipping label. Once we receive your return and verify the product meets our return policy, we’ll process your refund promptly.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we encourage any customer with questions, doubts, or concerns about choosing the right product to email our support team before placing an order. We’ll happily guide you to the best options for your skin type, goals, and concerns.
